  • Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies and changes, implementing mitigation strategies and escalating matters where required.
  • Manage project resources, budgets and expenditure, providing accurate forecasting, reporting and recommendations to support decision making.
  • Prepare project documentation, reports, presentations and status updates that clearly communicate progress, risks and project performance.
  • Support project closeout, transition and continuous improvement activities, including lessons learned, audits and handover to operational teams.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related discipline, supported by more than five years of relevant project or construction management experience.
  • Demonstrated technical knowledge of construction systems, engineering applications and construction methods and materials relevant to major infrastructure projects.
  • Strong project management capability across planning, scheduling, cost management, resource allocation and risk management.
  • Experience managing contracts and commercial arrangements, including monitoring deliverables and ensuring compliance with project requirements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and tailor messages to different audiences.
  • Proven ability to plan and prioritise work, coordinate multiple activities and deliver outcomes aligned with organisational objectives.
  • Strong problem solving and decision making skills, with the ability to navigate complexity, balance stakeholder needs and respond effectively to changing priorities.
  • Demonstrated commitment to accountability, customer focus, continuous improvement and delivering high quality results in a fast paced environment.
