Project Manager

A leading design-build engineering firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its growing data center construction team. This is an excellent opportunity to lead an electrical-focused MEP fit-out project and progress toward a Senior Project Manager position.

The role will support a $4–$5 million project, working directly with the owner and alongside the General Contractor. The successful candidate will manage specialist subcontractors across electrical, low-voltage, and wider MEP scopes. This is not a CSA or commissioning position.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage MEP integration throughout the fit-out stage

• Lead electrical and low-voltage project scopes

• Manage subcontractors, vendors, schedules, budgets, and change orders

• Coordinate with the owner, General Contractor, and wider project team

• Monitor safety, quality, cost, and schedule performance

• Manage procurement, project documentation, and closeout activities

• Identify and resolve technical and commercial project risks

Required experience:

• Five or more years of project management experience

• At least two years of data center construction experience

• Strong MEP integration experience

• Electrical or low-voltage construction expertise

• Experience managing specialist subcontractors

• General contracting or specialist MEP contracting background

• Must live within commuting distance of Chantilly

Compensation and benefits:

• Base salary up to $170,000

• 10–15% performance-based annual bonus

• Vehicle allowance of $450–$600 per month

This is a full-time, site-based position in Chantilly, Monday through Friday. No travel is required.
