Duties

• Help with the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget
• Manage project schedules to coordinate construction timelines effectively
• Coordinate with subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
• Manage project documentation such as contracts, change orders, and progress reports
• Ensure construction schedules are maintained through effective project scheduling and schedule coordination efforts
• Oversee construction regulatory compliance related to permits, safety standards, and environmental regulations
• Drive project leadership by managing teams on-site and in-office to foster collaboration and accountability
• Walkthroughs with the clients and obtain the completion forms along with pictures of the finished project
• Manage customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling techniques and project scheduling best practices
• Demonstrated ability managing projects, while maintaining high standards of safety and quality
• Expertise in cost management, project budget oversight, and contract administration
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
• Strong communication skills for coordinating across diverse teams and clients
• Construction site experience is highly preferred

Pay: $60,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
