What You'll Do

• Manage electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams.
• Review plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Lead project meetings and maintain client relationships.
• Support field operations and mentor project teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with leadership to support continued company growth.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of Electrical Construction Project Management experience.
• Experience managing commercial, industrial, healthcare, institutional, manufacturing, data center, or similar electrical construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and contract administration.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• Strong client-facing experience and relationship management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction/project management software.
