Project Manager

Gencore is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Manage project planning, scheduling, and execution
• Lead engineers, site teams, and contractors
• Control project budget, timelines, and resources
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations
• Monitor site progress and resolve technical issues
• Prepare project reports and documentation
• Develop and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil Engineering preferred)
• PRC Licensed Engineer
• More than 5 years of experience in project or construction management
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, plans, specifications, and project execution
• Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Office, and other project management tools
• Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Strong project planning, scheduling, and time-management skills
• Willing to relocate and be assigned to project sites as required
