Construction Manager / Manager Projects

• Lead end-to-end execution of high-rise building projects at site in a consistent manner .
• Manage site activities as per approved drawings, specifications, quality and safety standards.
• Plan and monitor project schedules, milestones, manpower, materials and equipment.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, planning, billing, procurement and other teams.
• Manage subcontractors/labour contractors and ensure timely execution and productivity.
• Monitor time, cost, quality, safety and resource utilization at site.
• Review measurements, subcontractor bills, variations, claims and material requirements.
• Resolve design/site issues, follow up on RFIs and ensure smooth project coordination.
• Drive project completion, commissioning and handover within approved timelines and budget.
