Project Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

· Handles rectification works prior to inspection

· Prepare inspection request

· Check on subcontractor’s and worker’s activities to ensure their works comply with project specification and standards.

· Provide detailed and critical technical support

· Oversee non-compliance notice implementation and verification

· Coordinate with subcontractor’s involved in the work

· In charge of punch listing prior to consultant’s inspection

· Review and consolidate the Quality Control documents or records for filing, handing over and archiving system upon completion of project

· Monitor and resolve the Architectural issues of every site

· Monitor activities of the Project Site Architects and ensure that all activities are properly implemented

· Review reports of the Site Architects before forwarding it to the client or to the Operations Head

· Discuss site issues and resolutions to the Operations Head

· Review the Look Ahead Schedule and give direction to the Site architects to ensure time to time activities

· Decide on small issues and elevate bigger issues to the Operations Head for better resolution

· Directly report to the Operation Head all activities of Architects

· Handles rectification works prior to inspection

· Involve in Architectural Plan Review prior to execution

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture /Engineering

· Professional license an advantage but not required

· Preferably 5-7 years work experienced employee specializing in Quality assurance and Quality Control in architectural works

· Can work under pressure, strong time management and people skills oriented.

· Keen to details, strong communication/ interpersonal skills.

· Computer Literate

Pay: Php55,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
