Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and oversee complex infrastructure and construction projects from inception to completion. Duties

• Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software, coordinating all phases of construction scheduling.
• Manage project budgets by monitoring costs, preparing estimates, and controlling expenditures through effective cost management strategies.
• Oversee the preparation and review of construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to facilitate seamless communication and project progress.
• Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Prolog, HeavyBid, or Civil 3D for project documentation, tracking progress, and reporting.
• Ensure construction site safety protocols are strictly followed in accordance with regulatory standards; conduct site inspections regularly.
• Manage teams on-site and in-office by assigning tasks effectively, monitoring performance, and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Oversee procurement processes including reviewing bids, managing contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain comprehensive records of project activities including schedules, change orders, RFIs (Request for Information), and progress reports.

Experience

• Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure or commercial construction projects with a focus on civil or heavy civil works.
• Extensive knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards, and regulatory compliance requirements across various jurisdictions.
• Strong background in construction estimating and cost control techniques to optimize project profitability.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Primavera P6, ProCore, Bluebeam Revu, Prolog or similar platforms for scheduling and documentation purposes.
• Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately; experience with Construction plans is essential.
• Hands-on experience managing teams in a construction management role on-site; excellent leadership skills are vital for motivating teams effectively.
• Familiarity with managing complex infrastructure projects involving multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of construction regulatory compliance related to safety codes, environmental standards, and building codes is required.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: $61,845.06 - $74,480.07 per year
