- Manage and oversee project implementation from start to completion
- Create and monitor project timeline and progress
- Coordinate project team, vendors, subcontractors, and related parties
- Ensure work complies with quality standards, budget, time, and safety requirements
- Monitor project constraints and risks and take corrective action
- Prepare periodic project progress reports
- Ensure project runs according to company targets
About you
- Minimum S1 degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3 years experience as Project Manager
- Ability to lead and manage project teams
- Understanding of project planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation
- Ability to control project progress, quality, cost, and time
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Responsible, firm, disciplined, and able to work with targets
- Willing to be placed in Surabaya
