Project Manager

About the Role We are looking for a Project Manager to lead CRM campaigns for a leading FMCG brand. This role owns end-to-end project management — from concept and partner coordination through to execution and reporting — for initiatives such as loyalty programs, member events, and co-branded campaigns with external partners

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of CRM campaign from brief to delivery, including budget, timeline, and stakeholder management
• Coordinate with external partner organizations (e.g., healthcare, retail, or media partners) to align campaign scope, guardrails, and deliverables
• Manage internal cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, design, digital) and external vendors/agencies to keep projects on track
• Track campaign performance and member engagement metrics; report results and recommendations to leadership
• Ensure campaigns stay within brand and compliance guardrails
• Manage member enrollment logistics, session/event scheduling, and on-ground execution where applicable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in project management, CRM, or campaign management roles
• Prior experience at a digital media agency strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience managing projects similar in scope to member loyalty programs, brand partnership campaigns, or multi-session event series
• Strong stakeholder management skills — comfortable coordinating both internal teams and external partner organizations
• Experience preparing executive/board-level presentations and reports
• Familiarity with CRM platforms is a plus
• Excellent communication skills in English and Thai
