Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Construction to join our team.

Experience: 4+ Years

Key Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from planning through execution and completion
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants and site teams
• Monitor project progress, timelines, quality and site activities
• Ensure effective construction planning and execution
• Resolve site-level issues and coordinate with relevant stakeholders
• Lead and supervise project/site teams
• Ensure projects are delivered efficiently and within planned timelines

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Construction Project Management
• Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant Project Management
• qualification Strong knowledge of construction planning, execution and site coordination
• Experience managing contractors, subcontractors and site teams
• Good communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
• High-rise building construction experience will be highly preferred
• Candidates with strong building construction experience are encouraged to apply

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per year
