Project Manager

We are seeking a motivated Project Manager with at least 3 years of management experience in the commercial/industrial construction industry. Candidate would be joining our management team in our Tualatin office. We are looking for an individual that can manage cost, schedule, material procurement, change orders, submittals and RFI’s on various commercial ironwork projects.

Requirements: 3 or more years of construction management experience
Optional: Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management bachelors degree

Responsibilities:

• Perform quantity take-offs and change order pricing

• Review and audit subcontractor pricing.

• Manage cost throughout project

• Assist Superintendent and GC in formulating and maintaining schedule

• Identify constructability issues

• Manage submittals and coordinate material procurement

• Assist Carr Superintendent and Safety Manager will project safety compliance

Skills:

• Organized and pays attention to details

• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)

• Computer proficiency

• Quantity take-off and estimating

• Estimating software (optional)

• Scheduling software (optional)

• Procore (optional)

• Multi-tasking and ability to meet deadlines
