Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Presales Support

· Support the sales team during the presales process by preparing product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concept (POC) materials for our products

· Work with prospective clients to gather requirements and translate them into clear solution proposals and scopes of work

· Help prepare responses to RFPs/RFIs, ensuring product capabilities are represented accurately

· Coordinate with product/technical teams to validate solution fit and feasibility for specific client use cases

· Conduct market and competitor research to support deal positioning

Project Management & Delivery

· Plan and manage implementation timelines for awarded projects, from discovery through configuration, integration, testing, and go-live

· Act as a day-to-day point of contact for clients during implementation, providing regular status updates

· Coordinate internal cross-functional teams (engineering, data, QA) to keep deliverables on track

· Track project risks, issues, and open action items, escalating proactively when needed

· Provide product training, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination and ensure a smooth handover to the support/operations team

· Maintain clear project documentation: project plans, meeting minutes, and status reports

What We're Looking For

· Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field

· 2–4 years of experience in presales, project coordination, business analysis, account management, or a similar

· Good English communication skills (spoken and written) for client-facing work, alongside fluent Thai

· Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort managing multiple workstreams at once

· Confident presenting and explaining concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

· Proficiency with MS Office / Google Workspace

Nice to Have

· Basic familiarity with CX/AI concepts such as NPS, CSAT, sentiment vs. intention analysis, or churn prediction (training will be provided)

· Prior exposure to contact center, CX, SaaS, or enterprise software environments
