We’re partnering with a technology organization that is expanding its delivery teams in Houston, TX and looking for experienced technology delivery professionals who can lead complex, enterprise-scale initiatives from planning through implementation.

This organization is a 15+ year Data & AI product engineering company that builds durable digital products, enterprise intelligence platforms, cloud-native systems, and digital twins for organizations where reliability, scalability, security, and operational continuity are critical . Its work spans industries including Energy & Utilities, FinTech, Insurance, Manufacturing, Logistics, Public Sector, Tolling, and Retail .

🎯 What You'll Be Working On

The organization is looking for technology delivery leaders who can take ownership of complex initiatives across one or more of the following areas:

Enterprise Applications & SAP

• Lead SAP upgrades, Support Pack releases, enhancements, maintenance and application initiatives.
• Coordinate SAP Basis, functional, development, infrastructure, security, database, integration, testing and business teams.
• Manage SIT, UAT, regression testing, cutover, deployment and post-production stabilization.
• Drive release planning, change management, outage communications and production readiness.
• Manage dependencies between SAP and integrated enterprise applications, middleware, databases and downstream/upstream systems.

Enterprise AI & Digital Transformation

• Lead enterprise AI product rollouts and implementation initiatives involving platforms such as Regrello, Cohere and similar AI solutions .
• Coordinate AI/ML, Data, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Architecture, Compliance and business teams.
• Manage AI platform integration with enterprise applications, APIs, workflow platforms and data ecosystems.
• Ensure implementations align with security, privacy, compliance, responsible AI and technology governance requirements.
• Track adoption, operational KPIs, business outcomes and value realization.

Data & Analytics / Palantir Foundry

• Lead enterprise data, analytics and digital transformation initiatives.
• Partner with Product Owners, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, developers and business stakeholders.
• Coordinate data pipelines, data products, analytics applications, workflows and operational use cases.
• Manage Agile/Hybrid delivery, backlogs, sprints, releases, dependencies and governance.
• Support enterprise data platforms, cloud technologies, APIs, data integration and transformation initiatives.

Cybersecurity & Zero Trust

• Manage initiatives supporting an enterprise Zero Trust Strategy & Roadmap .
• Coordinate workstreams across Identity, Endpoint, Application, Network and Data Security.
• Support initiatives involving ZTNA, SASE and BeyondCorp strategies.
• Coordinate maturity assessments, capability assessments, workshops and future-state planning.
• Develop implementation roadmaps, executive scorecards, KPIs and governance frameworks.
• Work closely with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Architecture, IT/OT, Application, Data and business leadership.

Electric Operations, Data & Analytics

• Support Agile delivery across Electric Business Operations, Operational Data Engineering and Data & Analytics teams.
• Coordinate data engineering, analytics, reporting and operational technology initiatives.
• Work with Product Owners, Data Engineers, Analysts, Architects and business stakeholders.
• Manage cross-team dependencies across data platforms, enterprise applications, integration, cloud and business teams.
• Coordinate release planning, testing, deployment readiness and production implementation.
• Track Agile metrics including velocity, burndown, cycle time, throughput, capacity and sprint commitments.

👤 Who They're Looking For

We're looking for hands-on technology delivery professionals , not simply project administrators.

The ideal candidate will be someone who:

• Has 5–12+ years of Project/Program Management, IT Delivery, Agile Delivery or Scrum Master experience , depending on the level.
• Has successfully delivered large, complex enterprise technology initiatives .
• Can operate comfortably with both technical teams and executive/business stakeholders .
• Has experience working across multiple technology disciplines such as Data, AI/ML, Cloud, Enterprise Applications, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Integration or Analytics .
• Understands how to manage scope, schedule, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, milestones and delivery commitments .
• Is highly comfortable working in Agile, Scrum, Hybrid and/or Waterfall environments .
• Can facilitate meetings, drive decisions, remove impediments and keep cross-functional teams moving.
• Has strong RAID management, governance, stakeholder communication and executive reporting skills.
• Can translate complex technical initiatives into clear business-level status and actionable next steps.
• Is comfortable working in a 100% onsite Houston environment and collaborating directly with technical and business teams.
