Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, proactive, and well-organized Project Manager to oversee construction projects from initial planning through successful completion.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating site teams, contractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients while ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within required quality standards, and in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor day-to-day construction project activities.
• Coordinate effectively with architects, civil engineers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
• Monitor daily site progress and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Track project schedules and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Monitor material requirements and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely availability at site.
• Supervise contractors and subcontractors and follow up on work progress.
• Identify project-related issues, delays, and risks and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve them promptly.
• Conduct regular site inspections, coordination meetings, and progress reviews.
• Maintain accurate project records, reports, drawings, documentation, and site updates.
• Coordinate with clients and provide regular updates regarding project progress and key developments.
• Ensure required quality, safety, and construction standards are maintained at all times.
• Prepare and submit regular project progress reports to management.
• Assist in coordinating multiple project activities and ensuring smooth site operations.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in construction, project coordination, site supervision, or builders-related work.
• Good understanding of construction processes, site activities, and project execution.
• Ability to read and understand basic architectural, structural, and construction drawings.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Good leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and project management tools.
• Willingness to travel to project sites whenever required.
