Project Manager

About the role

Mr. Absorber is expanding, and we are seeking an experienced, execution-focused, and results-driven Project Manager to lead key projects and strategic initiatives as we scale to 150 outlets nationwide.

In this role, you will lead projects from planning through completion by strengthening execution, improving processes, standardising workflows, optimizing resources, and ensuring seamless implementation across departments. Working closely with management and cross-functional teams, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and fully aligned with our business goals.

This position plays a pivotal role in driving Mr. Absorber’s expansion by establishing well-planned, effectively executed, and scalable project frameworks that support our long-term growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets and key deliverables.
• Coordinate with management and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor project progress, performance and overall delivery.
• Identify risks, resolve issues and take corrective action when required.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and according to agreed objectives.
• Prepare project updates, reports and performance dashboards for management.
• Improve project processes, workflows and execution efficiency.
• Establish standardised processes to support consistent and scalable project delivery.
• Ensure effective communication, accountability and coordination across all project stakeholders.

  Track project progress, key milestones, budgets and deliverables through effective reporting and performance monitoring.

  Improve project execution, workflows and processes to increase efficiency and productivity.

  Develop practical and standardised processes that support the company’s nationwide expansion.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  Work closely with management and different departments to ensure alignment, accountability, and timely execution.
• Risk & Issue Management
  Identify potential risks, address issues proactively, and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience.
• Proven experience in managing projects from planning through to execution.
• Strong leadership, planning, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines independently.
• Results-oriented with strong ownership and accountability.
