Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in the Pune Division. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution for valve manufacturing and delivery, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring progress against timelines and budgets. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, managing expediting activities to ensure timely procurement and production, and supervising inspections to meet quality and compliance standards. The person in this role will handle logistics management related to dispatches, documentation, and shipping, while proactively identifying and resolving risks or delays. The Project Manager will also prepare regular status reports, maintain project documentation, and support continuous improvement initiatives in project and supply chain processes.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and risk management.
• Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to follow up with suppliers, track orders, and ensure on-time delivery of materials and components.
• Candidates should possess Inspection skills to oversee quality checks, ensure compliance with specifications, and collaborate with quality assurance teams.
• Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to manage shipments, documentation, dispatch planning, and coordination with transport partners.
• Relevant experience in industrial, engineering, or manufacturing projects, preferably in valves or related process industries.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with proficiency in using project management and MS Office tools.
• Demonstrated ability to work in an on-site, fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, or a related technical field; project management certifications are an advantage.
