PROJECT MANAGER

About the role

Lead and manage exhibit projects from planning to completion, coordinating with clients, designers, suppliers, contractors, and event organizers. Oversee fabrication, installation, ingress, event operations and dismantling/egress, ensuring exhibit designs and project requirements are properly executed on-site.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage exhibit projects from planning to completion
• Coordinate with clients, designers, suppliers, contractors, and event organizers
• Prepare and monitor project timelines, budgets, manpower and resources
• Oversee fabrication, installation, ingress, event operations and dismantling/egress
• Ensure that the exhibit designs and project requirements are properly executed on-site
• Conduct regular project inspections and quality checks
• Monitor project costs and prevent unnecessary expenses or material wastage
• Resolve on-site issues and coordinate immediate solutions
• Ensure compliance with venue rules, safety requirements, and client specifications
• Prepare project reports, documentation, and post-event evaluation

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, Events Management, or related field
• At least 3–5 years of experience in exhibit, events, fabrication, or project management
• Strong knowledge of exhibit fabrication, installation, ingress/egress, and event operations
• Excellent project coordination and leadership skills
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools
• Willing to work on-site, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours when required by events
• Willing to travel for projects when necessary
