About the role

Lead and manage all project activities from preliminary, conceptual, planning, design development, construction, and completion stages. Take ownership of project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to optimize project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all project activities from preliminary, conceptual, planning, design development, construction, and completion stages
• Take ownership of project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to optimize project delivery
• Review and provide recommendations on design, technical, and construction-related matters
• Liaise with government authorities and agencies to secure necessary approvals for project planning, commencement, construction, and completion
• Identify key project issues and develop an appropriate work plan
• Monitor contractors' progress to ensure timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality project completion
• Manage unforeseen delays and technical issues promptly
• Organize and conduct regular progress meetings with consultants and contractors, keeping management informed
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate project records
• Ensure site safety and compliance with health, safety, and welfare requirements

About you

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field with experience in project planning
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in the real estate industry
• Strong presentation, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Sound knowledge and strong liaison skills with local authorities, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders
• Experience in handling commercial, retail, residential, and master planning development projects
• Results-oriented with self-motivation and initiative
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in English
