PROJECT MANAGER

About the role

Renovation Project Manager working on renovation projects in a team-oriented environment. You will work closely with office and field staff to ensure clients are well taken care of through the duration of a project. Expected to be professional at all times, stay ahead of jobs, and anticipate construction flaws before they occur.

Key responsibilities

• Perform estimation for healthcare projects
• Negotiate with contractors and suppliers
• Communicate with staff at every level in a calm, personable way
• Provide regular updates to clients using strong PR and communication skills
• Coordinate, plan, and manage schedules for suppliers and subcontractors
• Ensure subcontractors fully execute and comply with their contracted scope of work
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Manage up to a 7-person crew and direct a multi-disciplinary team including designers, site supervisors, technical designers, Junior QS, sales designers, and project executives
• Submit weekly progress reports to upper management
• Ensure projects are delivered to client's utmost satisfaction

About you

• Renovation experience is a must
• Knowledge of all areas of construction
• Must have knowledge of all M&E, Structural and Plumbing works
• Able to take stress, multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Team-oriented mindset
• Goal-oriented and organized leadership
• Able to build solid relationships with team members, vendors, and customers
• Strong organizational skills for construction scheduling
• Attention to detail and meticulous
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of construction sequence and able to give solutions
• Problem solver with positive and upbeat attitude
