項目經理 (Project Manager)

Responsibilities:

·         Coordinate and oversee the complete end-to-end process of advertising and printing projects from order intake to installation/delivery.

·         Issue Job Sheets upon receiving client orders, clearly documenting project details, specifications, quantities, delivery deadlines, and special requirements.

·         Follow up with the design department to ensure artwork meets client requirements and production standards, while coordinating revisions and final approvals.

·         Monitor production progress and maintain close communication with the production team to ensure timely project completion, promptly addressing any delays or exceptions.

·         Maintain professional communication with clients to confirm project details, address inquiries, and coordinate installation schedules or delivery arrangements.

·         Manage and supervise the customer service team, understand and optimize their workflows, and enhance team efficiency and service quality.

·         Regularly review project progress and client feedback, summarize insights to improve internal workflows, and boost overall operational efficiency.

·         Assist management with project cost control, risk assessment, and resource allocation to ensure projects are completed successfully within budget.

Requirements:

·         Bachelor's degree or above.

·         Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.

·         Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proactive, with an exceptional customer service mindset.

·         Familiarity with ERP systems and relevant computer applications.

·         Proficient in both Chinese and English (spoken and written).

·         Detail-oriented, with the ability to independently manage and drive department operations.

Working Hours:

·         Working hours are Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM, Saturday 9 AM to 1 PM

(Saturday alternate weeks after a 3-month probation period)
