Project Manager

1.Project Delivery Management

• Lead full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure.

• Develop project plans, milestones, resource allocation and risk management strategies.

• Manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality and stakeholder communication.

• Coordinate internal teams, clients and third-party vendors to ensure smooth delivery and

acceptance.

• Track project progress, resolve issues and escalate risks in a timely manner.

• Maintain project documentation and summarize best practices for process improvement.

2. Pre-sales Support

• Support the sales team in client discovery meetings and requirement analysis.

• Provide delivery input for proposals, solution design, timeline and effort estimation.

• Assist in preparing pre-sales materials, presentations and technical responses.

• Support bidding and tendering processes including technical clarification and Q&A.

• Conduct handover from pre-sales to delivery: requirements, risks, scope and expectations.

3. Others

• Perform other duties related to project delivery, customer success and team coordination as

assigned.
