What You'll Do

As a Project Manager, you will serve as a critical link between our clients, field teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and design professionals. You'll drive project success from preconstruction through closeout by ensuring schedules are maintained, budgets are controlled, and customer expectations are exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project administration from kickoff through final completion.
• Manage and expedite submittals, shop drawings, equipment approvals, and material procurement.
• Coordinate closely with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of project requirements.
• Maintain and update project documentation, RFIs, change orders, directives, and as-built drawings.
• Build strong relationships with general contractors, owners, architects, and engineers.
• Participate in project meetings and serve as a trusted resource for technical and project-related information.
• Support field operations by proactively resolving issues and removing obstacles to progress.
• Coordinate buyout activities, subcontract agreements, and equipment procurement.
• Develop, track, and distribute RFIs, meeting minutes, and project correspondence.
• Manage project budgets, billings, forecasting, and cost controls to maximize financial success.
• Identify scope gaps, change opportunities, and project risks before they impact project performance.
• Oversee closeout documentation, owner training requirements, and project turnover.
• Negotiate subcontractor pricing and assist in procurement strategy.
• Drive project execution while maintaining exceptional customer service and professionalism.

What We're Looking ForQualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in multifamily HVAC and plumbing construction (15+ years strongly preferred).
• Strong understanding of mechanical construction systems, project delivery, and construction administration.
• Experience with Procore and construction management software.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to independently solve problems and drive projects to successful completion.
• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to building strong relationships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and construction-related software.
• Ability to maintain accurate project records and documentation.
• English proficiency, both written and verbal.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
