Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop detailed project schedules using construction management software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project, coordinating all phases from design to completion.
• Manage project budgets by tracking costs, forecasting expenditures, and implementing cost control measures effectively.
• Oversee construction site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to review construction plans, schematics, and blueprints for accuracy and feasibility.
• Monitor project progress through regular site visits, progress reports, and schedule updates; address any delays or issues proactively.
• Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes using tools like ProCore or Prolog to streamline documentation and communication.
• Lead project teams by assigning tasks, setting priorities, and facilitating collaboration among stakeholders to meet project milestones.
• Ensure regulatory compliance by staying current with construction regulations and industry standards across all project phases.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects with a focus on infrastructure or commercial development.
• Strong proficiency in construction management software such as Primavera P6, ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid or similar tools.
• Extensive knowledge of construction estimating, scheduling, cost management, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to read and interpret complex construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and contracts confidently.
• Hands-on experience with construction site activities including safety protocols and quality assurance procedures.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively in fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with civil 3D or other civil engineering software is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating between clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.

Pay: $92,776.33 - $102,461.81 per year
