Project Manager

当社のプロジェクトマネージャーとして、受注後の開発案件における進行管理および社内外との調整業務を担当していただきます。

主な業務内容は以下の通りです。

• 受注後の開発プロジェクトにおける進捗管理・コスト管理・開発サポート
• 受注情報の管理、生産スケジュールの確認および出荷納期の管理
• 社内工場部門との納期調整および進行フォロー
• 顧客の取引条件・生産工程・製品要求などの要望への対応
• 分析・考察を含む報告書の作成および顧客への報告
• 各種会議の調整や、関係部署との連携による業務サポート

本ポジションでは、プロジェクトの進行状況を的確に把握し、社内外の関係者と円滑にコミュニケーションを取りながら、プロジェクトを成功へ導く役割を担っていただきます。

As a Project Manager at our company, you will be responsible for managing the progress of development projects after order receipt, as well as coordinating activities with internal and external stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage project progress, cost control, and provide development support after order receipt
• Manage order information, monitor production schedules, and control shipment deadlines
• Coordinate delivery schedules and follow up with internal manufacturing departments
• Respond to customer requirements regarding trading terms, production processes, and product specifications
• Prepare and deliver analytical and detailed reports to customers
• Support project execution through coordination of meetings and collaboration with related departments

In this position, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth progress of projects by accurately monitoring their status and maintaining effective communication with both internal teams and external partners to drive project success.

日本で2年以上の実務経験をお持ちの方を歓迎します

Candidates with over 2 years of work experience in Japan are preferred.
