Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects from planning and procurement through to completion and handover.
• Manage consultants, contractors and key project stakeholders.
• Prepare and manage project programmes, reporting and governance requirements.
• Oversee project budgets, procurement activities and commercial outcomes.
• Drive successful delivery through proactive risk management and stakeholder engagement.

Experience & Skills

• 8+ years' experience within client-side project management, consultancy, architecture, contract administration or construction.
• Experience delivering retail, commercial, mixed-use, education or large-format retail projects.
• Strong contract administration, procurement and stakeholder management capability.
• Commercially minded with excellent reporting and project governance skills.
• Confident managing multiple projects and working directly with clients
