Project Manager

Only candidates with proven experience managing large-scale construction and property projects will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects from planning to handover.
• Oversee procurement, budgeting, scheduling, and project execution.
• Manage and coordinate Site Managers, Supervisors, Architects, Contractors, and Vendors.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Requirements

• Male, 35–50 years old.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction/property, including at least 5 years as a Project Manager.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering multiple construction projects.
• Strong leadership in procurement, cost control, site management, and team coordination.
• Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.
