Project Manager

Matrix Smart Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Manager – Projects to lead and oversee the execution of technology infrastructure projects.

📍 Location: Pune

💼 Experience: 10–12 years of relevant experience

🎓 Qualification: B.E./ B. Tech with MBA/PGDM OR ME/MTech

🏢 Department: Projects

👤 Reporting To: GM – Projects

About the Role:

The Manager – Projects will be responsible for leading the execution of technology infrastructure projects, particularly in areas such as CCTV, Security Systems, NOC, SOC, and ICCC environments .

The role requires a combination of strong project leadership, technical understanding, operational execution, stakeholder coordination, and team management to ensure successful project delivery within defined cost, quality, and timeline parameters .

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with client requirements.

🔹 Manage end-to-end project execution while ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, quality standards, and deliverables.

🔹 Lead and motivate project teams and ensure effective allocation and utilization of resources.

🔹 Conduct project risk assessments and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.

🔹 Drive quality assurance and ensure that project solutions meet the required technical and operational standards.

🔹 Identify and resolve project bottlenecks, execution challenges, and conflicts.

🔹 Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

🔹 Drive accountability, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence across projects.
