Role overview

To lead and deliver complex projects, programs or operational portfolios, ensuring successful outcomes through effective planning, stakeholder management, governance, and performance tracking. Key responsibilities

• Lead complex projects/programs, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
  • Drive governance, delivery methodologies, and best practices.
  • Plan and manage resources, timelines, dependencies, and multiple workstreams.
  • Serve as the primary client and stakeholder contact, managing expectations and escalations.
  • Identify, mitigate, and manage project risks and issues.
  • Monitor budgets, KPIs, profitability, and delivery performance.
  • Provide accurate reporting and ensure leadership alignment.
  • Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and delivery models.
  • Lead and develop delivery teams, ensuring performance and engagement.
  • Manage resource allocation, utilization, productivity, and succession planning.
  • Coach, mentor, and support team growth and career progression.

Qualifications and skills

• Bachelor s degree in a relevant discipline (business/technology/engineering or similar).
  • 5-8 years of project management experience, delivering complex projects end-to-end in a matrix environment.
  • Experience with governance/reporting structures and stakeholder alignment.
  • Knowledge of service line or previous experience in HRP, A&T or GEM (asset).
  • PMP (or equivalent: PRINCE2 / PMI / equivalent advanced PM qualification).
  • Practical experience using PM tooling (e.g., MS Project / Jira / Confluence).
  • Proven leadership through others (managers/senior professionals), talent development and succession planning expectations at this band.
