The Role

As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality residential builds. You will manage multiple projects, coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, and ensure every build meets our exacting standards of quality, on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Oversee the lifecycle of residential construction projects.

·        Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and onsite activities.

·        Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

·        Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their vision is realized.

·        Collaborate with our in-house designers and subcontractors to achieve seamless project delivery.

·        Manage risk and proactively solve project-related challenges.

·        Undertake Quality checks of our projects.

·        Assist with Health and Safety processes.

About You:

·        Proven experience in project management within the residential construction industry.

·        Strong organisational and time management skills.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

·        Ability to build strong working relationships with clients, team members, and subcontractors.

·        A commitment to delivering high-quality homes.

·        Experience as a builder preferred.

·        Carpentry or site LBP preferred.

·        A deep understanding of and dedication to health and safety.
