What they need
We’re looking for a Project Manager who can bridge technical and non-technical teams to drive end-to-end delivery across Shopify-based ecommerce, homegrown B2B systems, and clienteling tools. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical acumen and product thinking who can translate business needs into clear requirements, coordinate cross-functional teams, proactively manage risks, and deliver high-quality execution in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do You'll lead projects from initial concept through final delivery, managing relationships with key stakeholders and contributors throughout the journey. Beyond simply coordinating timelines and managing budgets, you'll act as a creative thinker and problem-solver, helping to shape requests from the business into achievable technical solutions.
Your day-to-day will involve juggling both quick-turnaround projects and longer-term strategic initiatives. You'll serve as a frontline quality assurance resource, catching issues before they become problems. Perhaps most importantly, you'll help implement, model, and evolve our project management best practices, making the entire team more effective.
This role reports to the Project Management lead.
