Project Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: Direct the total construction effort to make sure the project aligns with design plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Budget & Financials: Manage project budgets, approve change orders, track expenditures, and process progress payments.
• Scheduling: Create realistic work plans, assign tasks, and monitor daily progress against the master schedule.
• Team & Subcontractor Management: Coordinate with superintendents, foremen, and labor contractors. Run regular job-site and progress meetings.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all work complies with building codes, contracts, and strict OSHA/job-site safety regulations. Handle all project closeout requirements and final documentation.

Experience

• Proven experience managing complex commercial projects from start to finish for 4 years as a Project Manager. Steel and GC experience preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of construction management software such as Autodesk or similar tools.
• Strong background in construction scheduling, cost management, and project coordination within a regulated environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively on construction sites while maintaining safety standards.
• Familiarity with construction regulations including OSHA standards and local building codes. Osha 30 preferred.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
