What they need
- Requirements Gathering: Analyse business needs and gather requirements for PMO and system-related initiatives.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain BRDs, project charters, process flows, change requests, and other project documentation.
- Project Governance: Ensure projects follow defined PMO methodologies, review gates, quality standards, timelines, budgets, and scope.
- Risk & Issue Management: Track and support risk, issue, change, and dependency management throughout the project lifecycle.
- MIS & Reporting: Prepare weekly/monthly status reports, executive summaries, MIS, and performance dashboards for stakeholders.
- Data & Dashboarding: Use tools such as Power BI, JIRA, Confluence, and internal reporting systems to monitor project performance and provide insights.
- Testing & UAT: Create test plans, test scenarios, and UAT scripts, and conduct functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Production Support & Quality: Monitor production issues, identify recurring technical/process problems, coordinate resolutions, and ensure timely closure.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Collaborate with Credit, Risk, Operations, Sales, Technology, and external vendors to ensure smooth system integrations, enhancements, and SLA adherence.
- Audit, Compliance & Controls: Maintain audit-ready documentation, system configurations, control evidence, and version control, while supporting regulatory compliance including RBI and KYC requirements.
