Project Manager

We are seeking a proactive and well-rounded professional to oversee, plan, and execute projects across our Industrial and Environmental related businesses. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, solid technical knowledge, and hands-on experience in managing multidisciplinary projects, with exposure to facility management or construction management considered an advantage.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for project oversight and budget management
• Coordination and management of contractors and sub-contractors
• Knowledge in building compliance and safety including local building codes, safety regulations
• Demonstrate strong communication skills in effective reporting to senior management of project status
• Manage project documentation including but not limited to contracts, meeting minutes, project schedules, reports, etc
• Monitor project progress, deliverables, and expenditures
• Write reports, reviews and summaries
• Connect with customers for potential business development
• Inform senior management of potential problems or outcomes that may influence the harmony and/or performance of the company
• Perform other duties and assignments as required by Supervisor

Requirements/Qualifications

• Degree or above in facility management, engineering, science or related field
• At least 6 years of relevant working experience in project management
• Experience in facility management and maintenance would be an asset
• Demonstrate a reasonable standard of both oral and written communication skills in English
• Be able to work independently
• Strong abilities in planning, executing and monitoring projects
• Good understanding of construction procedures, facility operations and maintenance
• Excellent presentation skills
• Be able to work with and liaise with other stakeholders
• Be acutely aware and respond to safety issues
