Job Summary

We are looking for a Project Manager with 1+ years of experience to manage projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work closely with clients, developers, designers, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage projects from initiation to successful delivery.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with development, design, QA, and other internal teams.
• Track project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Communicate project updates, requirements, and priorities to stakeholders.
• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and take corrective action.
• Manage task allocation and follow up with team members.
• Conduct regular project meetings and maintain project documentation.
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and quality standards.
• Handle client communication and understand project requirements.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular status reports to management.
• Ensure effective coordination between business and technical teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Management, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in Project Management.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, and tracking.
• Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
