Role & responsibilities
Job Title: Project Manager (Scrum / Agile)
Job Location: Mohali/Kochi/ Vadodara
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Digital Product Manager, managing product deliveries and Project Management
- Certified Scrum Master or Product Owner (PSM / CSM / PSPO / CSPO) rather than a PMP alone
- Backlog and story management in Jira or Azure Boards, roadmap ownership
- Comfortable with velocity, burndown, cycle time and release planning
- Enough technical grounding (APIs, cloud, CI/CD) to hold a real conversation with engineers
- Product discovery: user journeys, wireframing in Figma, analytics, KPI definition and tracking
- Stakeholder management across business, risk and compliance, and the ability to run UAT and secure release sign-off
- Experience coordinating onshore and offshore or vendor teams
- Evidence of digital products actually shipped (customer portals, mobile apps), not project governance only
