Project Manager

As we continue to grow , we are currently seeking candidates for a Procurement Agent position at our firm. Our scope of work focuses on Mid-Scale to Luxury projects for Hotels

The ideal candidate should possess the ability to communicate effectively and proactively listen. A keen eye for detail is a must. To succeed in this role, you will need to think creatively and problem solve.

Responsibilities

Prepare purchase orders for custom process packages/modules, production materials, stock items, and any other purchases to support business operations per customer requirements, quality requirements and engineering bill of materials.

• Maintenance and upkeep of purchasing files and materials.

• Maintain change order files and updates vendors regarding changes to ensure vendor compliance with the quality management system.

• Collaborate with production, quality, vendors and other departments regarding problem resolution.

• Communicate with vendors to obtain product or service information such as price, availability or delivery schedule.

• Be fully aware of personal workload in order to plan, organize, and prioritize workload to ensure all deadlines are achieved.

• Participate in building preferred supplier relationships

• Administrative support or simpler experience

• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel is a must

• Excellent communication skills -- written and verbal

• Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem solving skills

• Excellent organizational, written/oral communication, and interpersonal skills

• Interest in the challenge, excitement, and responsibility of a fast-paced, growth environment

• Ability to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times. Ability to multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities

Education

Bachelor’s Degree Preferred, but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
