Project Manager

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Project Manager to lead and oversee complex infrastructure and maintenance projects from inception to completion. Duties

• Lead the planning, execution, and closing of turf maintenance projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Develop detailed project schedules using project management software, coordinating timelines across multiple teams and subcontractors.
• Manage project budgets by monitoring costs, preparing estimates, and implementing cost control measures utilizing HeavyBid or comparable estimating tools.
• Oversee contract activities, ensuring correct staff, and standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance team, and clients to make sure project alignment.
• Supervise project teams by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, managing conflicts, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Ensure all activities adhere to local regulations and industry standards for safety and quality assurance.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve issues promptly to keep projects on track.

Experience

• Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure or commercial maintenance projects.
• Extensive knowledge of lawn care scheduling techniques.
• Strong background in managing teams in management role with excellent leadership skills.
• Familiarity with lawn care regulatory compliance including safety standards and environmental regulations.
• Strong customer service skills
• Site experience that includes overseeing safety protocols and managing multiple clients/and workers simultaneously.
• Ability to coordinate schedules effectively while managing budgets to ensure timely project delivery.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
