Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of corporate interior fit-out projects, covering Civil & Interiors and/or MEP works.
• Manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resources, and overall project delivery.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for seamless execution.
• Oversee C&I works and/or MEP services including HVAC, electrical, fire fighting, plumbing, ELV, finishes, partitions, flooring, ceilings, and other fit-out works.
• Monitor site progress, quality, safety, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Identify and resolve technical, execution, and coordination issues to ensure timely project delivery.
• Manage contractors and vendors and ensure adherence to project timelines, quality, and cost requirements.
• Drive testing, commissioning, snagging, and final project handover.

Job Requirements

• 8–15 years of experience in turnkey interiors, commercial fit-outs, project management, or design & build.
• Strong experience in C&I and/or MEP project execution, preferably in corporate office projects.
• Good understanding of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, quality, and site execution.
• Experience managing contractors, consultants, vendors, and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Engineering qualification in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical or related discipline preferred.
