Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end software development projects from initiation to deployment and closure.
• Define and manage project scope, timeline, budget, resources, deliverables, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, UX/UI, QA, PO and Operations.
• Translate business/client requirements into project plans, priorities, and actionable tasks.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks/blockers, and ensure delivery on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Facilitate project meetings, status updates, retrospectives, and stakeholder communications.
• Manage client expectations, priorities, escalations, and delivery-related issues.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, risk/issue logs, and change requests.
• Coordinate UAT, deployment, handover, and post-launch support.
• Support pre-sales activities including scoping, estimation, timeline, resource planning, and budgeting.
• Improve project management processes and delivery efficiency in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
• 5+ years of total experience, with 2–3+ years in Software/Technology Project Management.
• Experience managing software projects end-to-end, preferably in Software House, Tech Startup, Digital Agency, or Consulting.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and software development processes.
• Strong skills in project planning, stakeholder/client management, negotiation, problem-solving, and risk management.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional technical and business teams.
• Able to manage multiple projects and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Click Up, Asana, Trello, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Strong ownership, accountability, adaptability, communication, and attention to detail.
