Project Manager

About the role

BuildBuilt is looking for a Project Manager to own the technical and delivery side of renovation projects, from the point a client signs on through to handover and warranty. You'll work alongside Interior Designers, who own the creative vision, while you own everything that makes the project actually happen on time, on budget, and safely.

Key responsibilities

• Client relationship management from engagement through handover, becoming the client's main point of contact for anything technical
• Reviewing and advising on quotations: cost accuracy, scope clarity, flagging discrepancies before they reach the client
• Technical advisory on construction methods, materials, and feasibility
• Timeline management, building and holding the construction schedule, coordinating vendors and specialist trades
• Budget management, tracking spend against quote, managing variation orders, flagging overruns early
• Site safety, ensuring work is compliant and safe, managing risk on site
• Partnering closely with the Interior Designer on each project so design intent survives the build

About you

• Prior experience in construction / renovation project management (residential preferred; commercial a plus)
• Comfortable managing multiple live sites and client relationships at once
• Strong on structure and follow-through, able to run a job without needing to be chased
• Clear communicator, especially with clients who aren't construction-literate
• Familiarity with HDB/BCA renovation requirements is a strong plus
