PROJECT MANAGER

About the role

We are looking for a Civil Engineer / Project Manager who will lead and manage our design team in delivering residential, office, and commercial design projects. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge, project management experience, and proven leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate engineers, architects, designers, and other team members while ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and according to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the design team in delivering residential, office, and commercial design projects
• Coordinate engineers, architects, designers, and other team members
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and according to quality standards
• Review and understand architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, and other technical drawings
• Prepare and monitor project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and manpower requirements
• Delegate tasks, monitor team performance, and ensure deadlines are met
• Communicate and coordinate with clients, designers, engineers, contractors, and suppliers
• Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Ensure that designs and project documents meet quality and safety standards

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
• At least 3–5 years of experience in construction, engineering, architectural design, or project management
• Proven experience in managing and coordinating a design team composed of engineers, architects, draftsmen, and other technical staff
• Experience handling residential, commercial, and office design projects from planning and design through project completion
• Able to review and understand architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, and other technical drawings
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, building standards, and project requirements
• Strong leadership skills and ability to delegate tasks, monitor team performance, and ensure deadlines are met
• Excellent communication and coordination skills when dealing with clients, designers, engineers, contractors, and suppliers
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
