Project Manager

About the role

Lead and manage the project team to achieve sales targets and ensure smooth project delivery. Attend to sales enquiries, understand clients' requirements and propose suitable renovation solutions. Manage renovation projects from confirmation through site execution, completion and handover.

• Attend to sales enquiries, understand clients' requirements and propose suitable renovation solutions
• Follow up with potential clients, prepare quotations and close sales
• Manage renovation projects from confirmation through site execution, completion and handover
• Plan project schedules and coordinate designers, site personnel, subcontractors and suppliers
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, workmanship and safety compliance
• Manage project budgets, materials, manpower, variation works and timelines
• Maintain good relationships with clients and provide regular project updates
• Handle site issues, client concerns and unexpected situations promptly and professionally
• Report team performance, sales progress and project status to management

About you

• Relevant experience in Singapore's interior renovation or construction industry
• Able to lead, guide and motivate a team effectively
• Strong sales ability with confidence in client communication, negotiation and closing
• Good knowledge of renovation site operations, materials and construction processes
• Able to manage both sales and project execution responsibilities
• Resourceful, adaptable and able to make quick, practical decisions
• Strong problem-solving skills and able to handle pressure
• Able to communicate effectively in English/Chinese
• Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Building, Engineering, Project Management or a related field is preferred
• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence and own transport will be an advantage
