PROJECT Manager

We are looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead the delivery of integrated security projects. You will work closely with clients, engineers, vendors, and project teams to deliver high-quality security solutions from planning through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and deliver security projects from start to completion.
• Coordinate project schedules, resources, contractors, vendors and site activities.
• Manage client communication and ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor project progress, budget, quality and timelines.
• Lead project teams and resolve technical or site-related issues.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning and project handover.
• Prepare project reports, documentation and progress updates.
• Conduct site visits and travel when required.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, IT, Project Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience.
• Experience in CCTV, Access Control, ELV or Integrated Security Systems is highly preferred.
• Strong project coordination, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Chinese-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Experience dealing directly with clients is an added advantage**.**
• Must possess own transport.
• Willing to travel outstation and overseas when required.
• Candidates must be able to reside in Penang.
