Project Manager

Duties

• Lead the planning, execution, and closing of projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget parameters.
• Develop detailed project schedules using project management software, coordinating all phases of construction activities.
• Manage project budgets through cost estimation, cost management strategies, and tracking expenditures to prevent overruns.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
• Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes to maintain project integrity.
• Lead project meetings focused on schedule coordination, risk mitigation, quality assurance, and issue resolution.
• Strong background in project management, cost management, and budget control practices.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high safety standards.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
