Project Manager

OT Bay Builders is seeking a project manager. OT Bay Builders is located in the Bay Area, CA. We are a team of highly skilled, experienced, and motivated individuals who are dedicated to helping clients achieve their home remodeling needs.

Position Summary:

The Project Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of assigned projects. This position requires a candidate with the ability to manage multiple projects and to adapt to different project needs. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are delivered on time and are on track. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Essential Functions:

This position will include traveling to onsite projects
·Manage assigned projects from start to finish while maintaining compliance with all company policies and procedures
·Work with clients, vendors, subcontractors, permitting offices, and other OT Bay Builders staff members to ensure project objectives are met on all projects
·Communicate with clients in person, by phone, email, and through other means of communication as necessary
·Perform daily duties to ensure project is on track
·Coordinate with Project Managers on daily status updates for assigned projects
·Ensure adherence to all safety standards at all times while working on assigned projects

Requirements:

-Experience working in construction industry REQUIRED.
High School Diploma or GED required; Associates Degree preferred (or equivalent) preferred; college degree preferred not required. College degree preferred not required. Preferred: project management software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), internet research skills (Google Drive), verbal and written communication skills, time management skills, problem solving skills, organizational skills, etc.

Job Type: Full-time/Part-time

Salary: $80,000.00+ per year
