Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful completion of multiple projects within the organization. As the primary point of contact between the client, the organization, and the production team, you are accountable for maintaining clear communication, aligning expectations, and ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines. You will collaborate closely with Team Leaders to manage resources, guide team execution, handle risks, and ensure that projects remain aligned with company objectives and client requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Create, manage, and maintain comprehensive project plans.
• Define project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure all project objectives align with client goals and internal business priorities.
• Plan and implement projects in close coordination with the Team Leader.
• Help define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics.
• Utilize various AI tools to assist with planning, reporting, documentation, and execution of tasks to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the client, the organization, and the production team.
• Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders on project status.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to approved schedules.
• Identify and resolve issues, risks, and bottlenecks that may affect project delivery.

About you

• 6 months to 1 year of project management experience in gaming, IT, or creative production.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, artists, animators).
• Knowledgeable in project management tools (Monday.com, Asana, ClickUp, Trello).
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Forms).
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing client deliverables and end-to-end project lifecycles.
• Familiarity with creative production workflows and game development pipelines.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to perform effectively in high-pressure and fast-paced environments.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high execution standards.
