Project Manager

Job Description

The Project Manager will be based in the Malabon Warehouse and will handle assigned accounts while overseeing the full project lifecycle—from planning and execution to monitoring and completion. Responsibilities include:

Guide and motivate project teams to achieve milestones.

Facilitate communication across departments.

Provide regular updates and reports to management.

Ensure all deliverables meet organizational standards and client expectations.

Implement risk management and issue resolution strategies.

Document lessons learned and best practices for continuous improvement.

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Ensure client requirements are clearly defined and met.

Travel to client sites when necessary and conduct presentations to clients.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in Project Management, with a track record of successfully leading projects from initiation to completion. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.
