Position Summary
The Project Manager leads janitorial service projects from opportunity through execution and ongoing account support. This role coordinates estimating support, staffing, quality assurance, client communication, and supply management to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to KRG's quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate new project opportunities from client request through startup.

· Conduct site visits, verify square footage, building conditions, and scope of work.

· Support proposal development by gathering field information, schedules, staffing needs, equipment, and supply requirements.

· Develop implementation plans and schedules for new accounts and special projects.

· Coordinate staffing, equipment, keys/access, uniforms, training, and materials before project start.

· Supervise janitorial staff and field supervisors as assigned.

· Perform routine quality control inspections and document corrective actions.

· Serve as primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients and respond promptly to service requests.

· Order, track, and maintain cleaning supplies, consumables, chemicals, and equipment inventory.

· Ensure compliance with safety procedures, and company policies.

· Monitor labor productivity and recommend operational improvements.

· Prepare inspection reports and communicate project status to leadership.

· Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training field staff when needed.

· Support emergency work, floor projects, and other special assignments.

Qualifications

· 3+ years managing janitorial, facilities, or service operations (preferred).

· Strong organizational and project coordination skills.

· Excellent customer service and communication.

· Ability to read floor plans and measure spaces.

· Experience with Microsoft Office.

· Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites.

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours when required.

Pay: $68,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
