Project Manager

About the role

This is a full-time position at Golden Wealth Technology Limited based in the Airport Area Islands District. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of security technology projects for our diverse client base. In this critical role, you will collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and managing detailed project plans, timelines and budgets
• Coordinating and leading cross-functional project teams to drive projects forward
• Identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing appropriate contingency plans
• Communicating project status updates and key milestones to stakeholders
• Collaborating with clients to understand their requirements and manage their expectations
• Ensuring projects adhere to the company's quality, security and compliance standards
• Providing mentorship and guidance to junior members of the project team

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of experience in relevant IT services
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in using project management tools and software
• Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
• Familiarity with security technology standards and regulations
• An aptitude for details and accuracy with good sense of responsibility
• Good communication, organisation and analytic skills
• less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Project Manager
• Immediate available is highly preferred
